Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MacroSovereign ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by ConsciousView Technologies ("we," "our," or "us").

Description of Service

MacroSovereign is a nutrition tracking application that allows users to:

• Log and track food intake and nutritional information
• Scan nutrition labels for quick data entry
• Receive AI-powered nutritional insights and recommendations
• Generate and export nutrition reports
• Set and monitor health-related goals

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Share your account with others or sell access to your account

Subscriptions & Purchases

MacroSovereign offers both free and premium features:

• Free Features: Core nutrition tracking functionality is available at no cost
• Premium Features: Advanced features available through in-app purchases

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds: Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store. We do not directly process refunds.

Health Disclaimer

MacroSovereign is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

The nutritional information, AI insights, and recommendations provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or health regimen.

Nutritional data accuracy depends on the information you provide and our database sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all nutritional information is complete or error-free.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by ConsciousView Technologies and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConsciousView Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Any damages resulting from reliance on information provided by the App
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time through the App's settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may request export of your data before termination using the App's export feature.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
